Why Scrapbooking Your Faith Is Important

Scrapbooking your faith is important. The bible declares many reasons we should start to journal about God.

Deuteronomy 8:11 say “Be careful that you have not forget the Lord your God”. In our every day stresses and trials we all face, we can easily forget to keep our focus on the Lord. He has a great plan for our lives but we need to always remember Him.

Psalm 78:4 say that “we will tell the next generation the praiseworthy deeds of the Lord” We can do this by not only talking with our children, (which sometimes seems to go in one ear and out the other) but to document them in scrapbooks through faithbooking.

I Chronicles 16:23-24 says “ Let the whole earth sing to the Lord! Each day proclaim the good news that He saves. Publish His glorious deed among the nations. Tell everyone about the amazing things He has done.” This is a great reminder to us to document our faith.

Children absolutely LOVE to look through scrapbooks. They don’t get tired of looking at them either. They tend to look through them over and over again. This is a great opportunity to instill Christ in your children and isn’t that our ultimate goal as a parent? We need to arm our children with the armor of God, get them ready for the battle ahead. Instill you faith in them through faithbooking.
